Hands Up! Expo's owner and lead management team is from ShareKnowledge Inc. For some time, the management of Hands Up! Expo has had a vision of increasing awareness about community non-profit organizations through an annual project. It's not a small task, yet this group understands volunteering and giving back. The team has led many million-dollar campaigns and understands the difficulty in volunteer recruitment and retention.

Hands Up! Expo's management team has expertise in areas such as publishing, printing, web design and delivery, business planning and event planning. The team will lead Hands Up! Expo by engaging the public and private sectors via a forum that will deliver more community non-profit volunteers and more non-profit educational opportunities.

The United Way of Greater Moncton and Southeastern New Brunswick Region Inc. and the Volunteer Centre of Southeastern New Brunswick Inc. have agreed to act as organizational partners in the two-day expo and conference. Many other lead organizations related to the public, health, safety and educational sectors will also be actively participating.

To date, the organizers of Hands Up! Expo have aligned themselves with other marketing and sponsoring partners: City of Moncton, area Chambers of Commerce, Enterprise Greater Moncton, School District 2, Codiac RCMP, Codiac Transit Commission and many service clubs. They and many others will be the true artists of this initiative.
