Exhibitors at Hands Up! Expo
This area of the Hands Up! Volunteer Expo and Conference website will be provided to our exhibitors at no charge thanks to our Leadership sponsors. It will allow exhibitors to publish many facts about their organization and also provide potential volunteers and friends of that organization with the following:

1. A logo and description of the organization;
2. Contact information for the organization;
3. Details on why the organization needs volunteers;
4. Answers to these questions:
   • If you could volunteer for two hours per WEEK for our organization, these are examples of improved services we could provide.
   • If you could volunteer for two hours per MONTH for our organization, these are examples of improved services we could provide.
5. We will provide exhibitors with an email "e-invitation" to send to potential volunteers, their email lists or volunteer groups from their website on Hands Up! Expo.
6. We will provide communication tools for exhibitors, including the software for a sign-up and unsubscribe e-newsletter for their organization. We will also provide them with simple to use tools to manage, upload and distribute their e-newsletter through Hands Up! This feature will assist organizations by reducing the high cost of producing paper-based newsletters.
7. Finally, we will provide all exhibitors an opportunity to be videotaped for a maximum of three minutes and place that video on their Hands Up! website. This will be to showcase a visual description of their organization, some examples of their work and volunteer opportunities within the organization.
