Invitation to Become an Exhibitor

Dear Exhibitor:

We invite you to consider exhibiting at the first annual Hands Up! Volunteer Expo and Conference, to be held October 24th and 25th, 2008 at the Moncton Coliseum. Hands Up! Expo is a venue to showcase your non-profit organization and its services through interactive presentations, meet-and-greet sessions, educational seminars and displays. Hands Up! Expo will promote your volunteer opportunities and encourage our citizens to "participate, activate and create" opportunities for themselves to assist you.

Hands-Up! Expo offers your organization three distinct opportunities:
· To showcase your organization and services before some 6,000 attendees;
· To solicit individuals to volunteer, one of the critical resources for your organization;
· To strengthen your organization through educational seminars that will be held at the conference.

To ensure the success of Hands Up! Expo, two of the region's most influential non-profit organizations have joined the event's organizing committee: The Volunteer Centre of Southeastern NB and United Way of Greater Moncton and Southeastern NB Region Inc.
